The rumors about Me taking over Passive Arts is true, and although the deal was done well before this weekend, I promised the estate of John Lavine that I would not announce it until after September 12th since the estate wanted to announce it at John and Voda's Memorial this past Sunday.

There was a lot of damage done by the fire at Passive Arts. The DA just released the facility from being a crime scene investigation less than two weeks ago, and now the insurance company is doing their estimates so that reconstruction can start, which we hope can start in the next couple weeks.

The executors of the estate were well aware of the work that John and I did together and expressed to Me that it was their wish that the legacy of Passive Arts be put into the hands of someone who was capable of continuing that legacy, and that they believed that to be Me. They also said that they believed that John would be proud and pleased with their decision. Genesis, Carol, Dave Rhodes and one other person are also part of this project.

I am estimating that it is going to be 90 days or more before the reconstruction will be finished and we will be able to open. There will be a big party at Sanctuary in Reseda to celebrate it's 10 years of being there,and a big grand opening of Sanctuary's new home near LAX.

I will keep everyone updated here on the project's progress. I have lots of ideas and plans to make it even bigger and better than ever before...
